How we supply
Quotations
Every quote states the exact model, the warranty term and the lead time. Where something is on long lead we say so before you order.
Warranty
We register the warranty and handle the claim. You deal with us, not with a manufacturer's call centre in another country.
Standing orders
Consumables can go on a monthly standing order, delivered against an agreed list so nobody has to remember to reorder toner.
Trade-in and disposal
Replaced equipment is taken away, wiped to a documented standard, and either traded in against the new order or disposed of responsibly.
