The single ICT partner a growing business needs
To be the single ICT partner a Zimbabwean business needs: specifying the right technology, supplying it, and standing behind it for as long as it is in service.
Our story
Influx was founded to solve a problem most Zimbabwean businesses recognise: technology bought from one company, installed by another and supported by a third, with nobody accountable when it stops working.
So we built the company to cover the whole span. We specify the equipment, we supply it, we install it, and we support it for as long as it is in service. When something fails there is one number to call and no argument about whose responsibility it is.
That breadth is deliberate, and it is why our engineers are generalists first. A business with sixty staff does not need a specialist in nine disciplines; it needs a partner who understands how the network, the server, the backup and the power supply depend on each other, because that is where the real failures happen.

Our mission

Our values
Six commitments we will put in the contract
Values are only worth publishing if a client can hold you to them. These are written so you can.
We supply what we support
One company quotes the equipment, installs it, and handles the warranty claim. No triangulating between a supplier and a support company when something fails.
Fixed scope, fixed price
You should be able to read a proposal and know exactly what is included. Anything outside it gets quoted before the work starts, never after.
Your documentation is yours
Network diagrams, asset registers and credentials belong to you. If you ever change provider, you should be able to do it without a migration project.
Tested, not assumed
Backups get restored, UPS units get load-tested, failover gets failed over. We schedule the tests and give you the results.
On site when it matters
Remote support closes most tickets. For the ones it cannot, we keep engineers in Harare and Bulawayo rather than quoting you travel from somewhere else.
Straight answers
If your existing equipment has another two years in it, that is what we will tell you. Advice you have to buy something to receive is not advice.
